I, PODCAST GUEST, hereby grant permission to The Adoption & Foster Care Journey and its representatives, employees, and assigns (collectively referred to as "AFCJ POD”), to record, videotape, and/or audiotape my appearance, voice, likeness, and performance as part of the Podcast.

I understand and agree to the following:

1. Ownership: I acknowledge that all rights, including copyright and ownership rights, in and to the recordings shall belong exclusively to the Podcast. I understand that the Podcast may use, reproduce, distribute, display, and create derivative works based on the recordings for any purpose, including promotional, commercial, and educational purposes.

2. No Compensation: I waive any right to compensation for my participation in the recordings, including any subsequent use or exploitation of the recordings by the Podcast.

3. Use: I grant the Podcast the right to use my name, likeness, image, voice, and biographical information in connection with the recordings and any related promotional materials.

4. Release: I release and discharge the Podcast, its representatives, employees, and assigns from any claims, demands, actions, causes of action, and liability arising out of or in connection with the use of the recordings, including any claims of defamation, invasion of privacy, or infringement of rights.

5. Confidentiality: I understand that the Podcast will make reasonable efforts to protect my personal information, but I acknowledge that the Podcast cannot guarantee complete confidentiality.

6. Revocation: I understand that this release is irrevocable and binding, except to the extent that I have retained any rights under applicable law that cannot be waived or released.

7. Governing Law: This release shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New York State, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
